The extension of hours for pay and display parking to 10pm is designed to assist evening visitors find an on-street park; how has this affected you (or your business)?

Graduated tariffs are used in Parnell. These tariffs allow you to use the parking spot more than 60 minutes, but the tariff increases on a graduated basis, for every hour after the initial hour . Would you find the graduated tariffs more useful than the 60 minute time restrictions?
